The concept I'm proposing is no different than what Stephen King has done with his "The Plant" book that can be freely downloaded and read. He sold his book in the same fashion as a programmer sells shareware (try it before you buy it concept). I have been developing eBook 4 Sale long before Stephen King debuted "The Plant" but I'm using his book as an example of how this can work. So far, this new approach has earned him may hundreds of thousands of dollars on this book (we are talking Stephen King here) and that number keeps growing. My question for you is, What are you waiting for? Back in the days before computers and the web, to publish your work required you to print and manufacture your product. Not any more! Keep reading to learn why.
What is
"eBook 4 Sale"
"eBook 4 Sale" is an application that artists, writers, musicans, etc. can use to sell their work over the web. After the artist/writer/musican adds their work, "eBook 4 Sale" can then generate for them a stand alone executable (this is the program the artist/writer/musican can sell). This executable (example: MyApp.exe) can then be uploaded to online services and placed on your web page. This executable will then make it's way throughout the web. Your eBook is easy to use, no messy installs, just download the eBook and run it. No additional software is needed. Your customers will be inspired to purchase the registration number from you to be able to view the entire contents of your eBook. With "eBook 4 Sale", you don't have to use the honor system in the hopes your customers will pay your registration fee (unless you want to go that route). Since they have your eBook on their computer, all you then need to do is send them the registration number when you receive their payment.

Printing/manufacturing is expensive and after all that you still have
to get your product into the stores. And don’t forget about the dilemma

Say for example, you have a web site with information on ordering your
products. Having a web site is only half the battle because your customers
need to find your web site. Because they will download your program from

but it also leads your customers to your web site to find all your other

Even if you already have a web site promoting your services, just a web site is not enough. Customers still have to find your web site. At this point, your only recourse is to advertise. What To Do Next
The question now is "Do you have a product that is sellable?" For this to work for you, your product needs to have something that hooks your potential customer. If you're an artist, your art would need to be story based like a comic book, children's story and so on. The same holds true for writers and musician/bands; you allow them to view part of your work while holding back the rest of to entice them to pay your registration fee. That is your hook and it is very hard for anyone to walk away from a good story or music without seeing/hearing the rest.
